About the Role
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Operations Assistant at Theatre Workout Ltd. The Assistant will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales support, invoicing, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, working remotely.
Pay is £14.50 per hour on a PAYE basis.
Requirements
We operate across the Theatre, Education and Group Travel sectors. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with at least one of these sectors, but preferably with all three.
Key skills include:
Customer Service and Communication skills
Sales support and Invoicing skills
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in the arts or entertainment industry is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
