Theatre Works & Theatre Workout

Updated: Mar 9

Theatre Works!

As Theatre Workout enters it's 18th year, we are looking for new ways to support schools, theatres, and to make theatre more accessible for children and young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

That's why we're delighted to be working with Theatre Works!

Theatre Works! is a charity dedicated to using donations to provide funding for disadvantaged children and young people access to the theatre. Their funding can cover theatre tickets, travel costs, tours, Q&As, and educational workshops, helping schools provide amazing theatre experiences for their students.

London's West End is not the cheapest option for schools, especially with rising costs for travel and accommodation. While Theatre Works! can fund it in some instances, they're more likely to fund trips to theatres outside the capital. So, Theatre Workout is now actively looking to organise theatre trips to local theatres across the UK.

Having established a base in Stratford-Upon-Avon in 2023, we're looking to create more hubs this year to make theatre trips more accessible for schools, while also supporting local theatres, which are in desperate need of help.

So, if you want to see amazing live theatre, but feel that West End shows are out of reach, please do get in touch so we can discuss alternative options and create a memorable experience suited to you, and perhaps Theatre Works! will fund it!
