How we plan your trip
Our service saves you both time and money. All you need to do is tell us what you want and we'll do the rest!
When we get your enquiry, we'll provide you with a sample itinerary and an initial estimate for the trip based on previous trips we have arranged for other groups. We are available to discuss any itinerary changes you wish to make.
When you are ready to proceed, simply confirm dates and group numbers and we will make reservations and co-ordinate the logistics of your entire trip, providing you with a final quote.

Trip Essentials
Accommodation.
Theatre Workout works with a growing network of outstanding accommodation providers including hotels, youth hostels and home-stay networks.

Hostels offer private dorm rooms for students and staff and are ideal for most student groups.

Home-stay networks are popular with international groups, staying with vetted host families, usually on a full-board basis.
Transfers.
Coach and rail transfers are available across the UK, from single journeys and airport transfers, to week-long tours nationwide.
Meals.
All accommodation comes with breakfast as standard, but packed lunches and 2-3 course meals in restaurants can be arranged on request at a range of great restaurants to suit all tastes and cuisines.
